Corporate boat charters in Panama
Host clients, reward a team or give a visiting group a day on the Pacific. Strong Tower Adventures runs private corporate charters from Vista Mar Marina on Panama's Pacific Coast, from a three-hour sunset cruise to full island days and a three-day Pearl Islands expedition.
Every charter is private to your group. We build custom packages around your schedule and headcount, and work directly with event planners, destination management companies (DMCs) and executive assistants.

Team outings & team building
Snorkeling at Farallón, a full day at Otoque or tubing near the marina gives a team something to do together, not just somewhere to sit. Small teams of up to four can take on the supervised introduction to freediving and spearfishing.

Corporate boat charter FAQ
How many people can join a corporate boat charter?+
Oasis takes up to 10 guests and Iron Covenant up to 6 adults, or up to 8 guests when children are included. For a larger group, both boats can run together for up to 18 guests, for any kind of event. Tell us about your group, route and date and we will plan the day around it.
Do you work with event planners, DMCs and executive assistants?+
Yes. We work directly with event planners, destination management companies, corporate travel teams and executive assistants, and plan in English or Spanish.
Which trip works best for a team outing?+
It depends on how much time you have. The sunset cruise runs about 3 hours, Farallón is a half-day of about 5 hours, and Otoque (about 8 hours) and Taborcillo (about 9 hours) are full days. For an incentive trip, the Pearl Islands Expedition runs 3 days and 2 nights.
Can you invoice our company?+
Yes. Companies can receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Share your billing details when you request a quote; every reservation is still confirmed personally by our team.
Is food included for our group?+
Island day trips include light snacks, hydration packs and water. You can add the Strong Tower BBQ / picnic ($25 per person) on the sunset cruise and the Farallón, Otoque and Taborcillo trips; anything beyond the listed add-ons is confirmed in your quote.
What happens if the weather changes?+
Safety comes first. The Captain may adjust, delay, reschedule or cancel a route when weather or sea conditions require it, and wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. For events with fixed timing, we talk through the options with you or your planner when we put the package together.
Can you build a multi-day program?+
Yes. The Pearl Islands Expedition is a listed 3-day, 2-night trip, and custom multi-day itineraries can be arranged, including Boca Chica fishing expeditions longer than the 2-day minimum.
