An amount
Any whole-dollar amount from $25 to $10,000, usable toward any charter or add-ons. Use it on one booking or several until the balance runs out.

A specific trip
Give one listed trip and boat package. The certificate names the trip and its listed price when it is issued.

How it works

Request it
Tell us who it's for and choose an amount or a trip. It takes a minute and no card is needed.

Pay by transfer
We contact you with payment instructions, such as a bank transfer or Yappy, and confirm when your payment arrives.

Receive the certificate
We email you the certificate with its code and a printable version. We can also email the recipient on a date you choose.
- 04
They book
The recipient enters the code when booking online, or messages our team. Dates depend on availability, weather and the Captain.

Send the details and we will contact you with payment instructions. Your certificate is issued and emailed once the payment is confirmed.

Gift certificate terms
- Valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
- Transferable: anyone can use it.
- Non-refundable.
- Amount certificates can be used toward any charter or add-ons, across one or more bookings until the balance is used.
- Trip certificates cover the trip and boat package named on the certificate.
- Dates are subject to availability, weather and Captain discretion.
- If weather cancels the trip, we rebook it. The certificate is not lost.
- To redeem, enter the code when you book online or message our team.
Gift certificate questions
How long is a gift certificate valid?+
24 months from the date it is issued.
Can the recipient give it to someone else?+
Yes. Certificates are transferable: whoever has the code can use it.
Can I get a refund?+
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
What happens if the weather cancels the trip?+
Safety comes first, and the Captain decides whether conditions allow the trip. If weather cancels it, we rebook it; the certificate is not lost.
Can an amount certificate be used more than once?+
Yes. Use part of it on one booking and the rest on another until the balance is used. It can also go toward add-ons.
How does the recipient use it?+
Enter the code in the gift certificate field when reviewing a booking online, or message our team on WhatsApp. The team applies the certificate when it confirms the booking.
Do you take card payments?+
Not online. After your request we send payment instructions, such as a bank transfer or Yappy, and issue the certificate once the payment is confirmed.
Can I time it for a birthday or a holiday?+
Yes. Add the recipient's email and choose a date: we email them the certificate that morning, Panama time. You also get your own copy when it is issued.
